For Bangladeshi applicants: Bangladesh is a participating country. You need a strong academic record plus demonstrated leadership and development impact, and the scheme is explicitly not for applicants who can fully fund themselves. The 2027 allocation for Bangladesh appears to cover master’s by coursework and research with no bachelor’s awards, so confirm in the official Bangladesh profile before assuming a bachelor’s place exists.
